Case Study Overview

Customer: İlaçsız Yaşam

Challenge: A single homepage slider treated new visitors, first-time buyers, loyalty candidates, and established customers as though they needed the same message.

Solution: SegmentHub selected, suppressed, and prioritized slides for each visitor using intent, membership, order, profile, and loyalty data.

A homepage slider has limited attention to distribute. When every campaign is shown to everyone in the same order, the most valuable position can easily promote an action a visitor has already completed—or one they are not yet ready to take.

İlaçsız Yaşam used SegmentHub to turn that fixed sequence into an adaptive customer experience. Instead of asking which campaign should be first for the entire audience, the team could decide which opportunity should be first for each individual.

One Homepage, Different Customer Intentions

SegmentHub combined what was known about the customer with their current stage in the journey. On each visit, it evaluated eligibility rules and changed the slider before presenting the experience. Relevant slides moved forward, lower-priority slides moved back, and ineligible messages were hidden completely.

New visitors: make the first exchange valuable

A visitor without an existing membership relationship saw the “Become a member and get free shipping” campaign. This introduced a clear first step and an immediate benefit without distracting the visitor with loyalty or repeat-purchase messages that did not yet apply.

Members without an order: remove the first-purchase barrier

For a recognized member who had not placed an order, the priority changed to “Place your first order and receive a discount coupon.” SegmentHub knew that registration was already complete, suppressed the redundant membership message, and promoted the next meaningful conversion.

Members outside the loyalty programme: invite deeper participation

When a customer was registered but had not joined the loyalty programme, the homepage could lead with “Become a member of our loyalty programme.” The campaign reached the customers for whom enrollment was both possible and relevant.

Loyal customers near the next tier: show achievable progress

Some loyalty members were only one order away from a higher programme tier. For these customers, SegmentHub prioritized the applicable campaign slide and made the next reward feel immediate. Customers who were not close to an upgrade did not need to see the same urgency.

Incomplete profiles: exchange value for better data

Members with missing profile fields could see “Complete your profile information and receive a free product.” This created a transparent value exchange: the customer received a useful reward, while İlaçsız Yaşam gained the information needed to improve future communication and personalization.

More Than Reordering Slides

The decision was not limited to deciding which slide appeared first. SegmentHub could:

  • Show a campaign when the visitor met its eligibility conditions.
  • Hide a campaign after its objective had already been completed.
  • Reorder eligible campaigns according to the visitor's most likely next action.
  • Coordinate competing opportunities so the homepage did not deliver contradictory requests.

This approach also extends beyond sliders. The same audience and intent rules can select a banner, trigger a popup, or suppress either format when no useful offer is available. The placement changes; the decisioning principle stays the same.

The best campaign is not the campaign with the broadest eligibility. It is the one that gives this customer the most relevant reason to take their next step.

From Campaign Calendar to Customer Decision

Traditional homepage planning starts with the campaigns a business wants to promote. Intent-based personalization starts with the customer: What has this person already done? What opportunity are they eligible for? What action would be useful now?

By applying those questions in real time, SegmentHub helped İlaçsız Yaşam use the same homepage space for several customer journeys without making the experience feel crowded or generic. SegmentHub knows the customer, evaluates the available opportunities, and chooses the content that fits.
